Shipping Policy

As soon as the purchase process is complete, we will send a shipping confirmation email and later the courier service will contact you via sms or email to inform about the delivery of the order.

Product delivery

There may be exceptional situations that prevent delivery deadlines from being met, if these situations depend on a delay in production, a system failure or circumstances of force majeure, we will contact you to report the delay of said order.

Impossibility of delivery

If at the time of delivery the customer is absent at the indicated address and the package cannot be indicated, our courier service will contact the customer to find an alternative delivery solution.

If, despite having proposed different alternative delivery solutions, the package continues without being delivered, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, the product purchased will be reimbursed. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Price and payment

Despite the fact that Goodbowl tries to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. In this case the client will be informed as soon as possible of the error and will be given  the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Prices can change at any time. However, possible changes will not affect orders for which GoodBowl has already sent you the Order Confirmation.

Payment methods

Goodbowl offers 3 forms of payment:

  • Credit or debit card: Payment by card will be made through a secure payment gateway under a protocol and encryption that guarantees the security of the data issued by the client. In no case  Goodbowl will have knowledge of the customer's credit and / or debit card number.
  • PayPal: Payment through PayPal guarantees the confidentiality of the customer's card data. In the case of making a credit card payment through PayPal from an account not registered in PayPal, the order will not be sent until the identity of the cardholder who made the order has been verified. It is an essential condition for carrying out the shipment of the order that the buyer and the holder of the credit card are the same person. Goodbowl reserves the right to cancel and return the full amount of orders placed by credit card through an unregistered PayPal account at any time and without prior notice.
  • TRANSFER OR BANK INCOME. Orders by transfer or bank deposit will be kept 7 calendar days pending payment, after this time they will be automatically cancelled. The account number will appear once the purchase has been processed if this option was selected.

How to buy Products

To order products, you must follow the purchase procedure established on the Website, read and accept these Terms of Use and select the payment method  which you want to be applied to the purchase. After this, Goodbowl will send an email confirming that the Order has been accepted ("Order Confirmation"). Likewise, we will inform you by email once the package has left our facilities and is in delivery ("Your order has already been sent").

Product Availability

All Orders are subject to product availability. In the event that, once the shipping confirmation has been sent, Goodbowl could not have the requested Product for any circumstance, it will contact the User as soon as possible, communicating such fact. In such case Goodbowl may:

  • Offer the User, without price increase, a product with characteristics and specifications similar to the one originally requested, as long as these are in accordance with the User's needs;  and/or
  • Offer the User to cancel the requested Order, refunding the amount paid for it, within (14) business days.

Refusal to process an Order

Although Goodbowl will do its best to always process all Orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to reject the processing of any order after sending the Order Confirmation, so Goodbowl reserves the right to do so at any time, at its sole discretion. Goodbowl reserves the right to withdraw any Product from the Website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content thereof, not being liable to the User or to any third party for the fact of removing any Product from the Website, with regardless of whether said Product has been sold or not, to remove or modify any material or content on the Website.

Return policy

In accordance with the Retail Trade Management Law as well as with what is regulated by community regulations (Directive 97/7 / EC), the customer has 14 days from receipt to voluntarily desist from their purchase. Making the return within that period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original seal without breaking, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come with their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective. It will be the seller himself who will pay the amount of the order once he has verified that the merchandise meets the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must bear the transport costs. To request this return, you must notify GoodBowl by email. In case that the defect was caused by an incident during transport, you must notify it within 24 hours from receipt by email to each seller.


Once the first 7 days have passed since delivery, in which the customer can return an order, or request a change because a product is defective. In addition to the above, all products have an expiration of 18 months from their manufacture, kept in the original container and in conditions free of humidity and excessive heat. This guarantee must be managed directly with each seller by phone or email with each seller.

Returns and Promotional Offers

Returns of products purchased under promotional codes will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Legal rights will not be affected. The images shown in GOODBOWL SL are intentionally added by the user's own interest and may not show an exact or precise representation of the product.

Service duration

Without prejudice to the interruptions or suspensions that for technical reasons must be carried out, or to the unilateral cancellation by the user or GOODBOWL S.L, the service will be provided indefinitely in compliance with the above conditions. Although GoodBowl's primary objective is to provide the best possible service, GoodBowl cannot guarantee that the service offered by third parties meets the needs and requirements of users. If a serious fault occurs, the user must contact the GoodBowl SL Customer Service Department either by post, by phone or by sending an email to

Conflict resolution

For any conflict that arises due to the provision of this service, Spanish legislation will be accepted as governing legislation, and it will be submitted for the resolution of all disputes that may arise from it to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
