The “Union Protectora de Animales”, better known as UPRODEA (Non Profit Organization) started  1983  operating a shelter for abandoned dogs and cats  as La Union Protectora y Defensora in Dos Hermanas/Sevilla, It was constituted with the objective to help homeless animals. In their shelter Uprodea maintains now dogs and cats offering them care and veterinarian attention and providing them a second opportunity. Their additional activity is suing mistreatment, informing and promoting respect towards animals.
